Indian Cardamom Cinnamoncake

If cakes warm the heart, Meera's cardamom cinnamon cake is definitely one of them.
125 g soft butter
250 g sugar
200 g fine durum wheat semolina
100 g ground cashew nuts
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 drops of Orange oil plus 5 drops of Lemon oil
3 tablespoons Orange Blossom Water or Rose Water
Whisk the soft butter and sugar in a bowl until creamy.
Whisk the eggs in an other bowl and beat them slowly into the butter/sugar mixture , add all other ingredients and beat everything until fluffy.
Bake at 150 degrees in a baking tin for about 45 minutes
