Cucumber mushrooms & truffle on top of an asparagus almond layer

 Arthur's Tochter gave me this new  inspiration for a little starter in my springtime supper club.

I Changed a little bit the recipe and voila that's what it had been. A delicious, light warm bite of cucumber filled with mushrooms and fresh Italian truffle. on a green almond asparagus pesto.  Our guests enjoyed this little snack  and I'm sure that I will prepare the next one with other ingredients insight. Easy to handle, easy to prepare in front of - you can spent all your time with your guests! 

How to prepare

Ingredients (4 pers.)

1 cucumber

a few porcini mushrooms (or others)

fresh black Alba Truffles


green asparagus
